Every job seeker enters through a structured intake. We read the résumé, chart the skills, tag the industries and score readiness — the same night. Our Emergency Career Providers are professional HR leaders and recruiters.
Career Rehab
Interview prep and testing, application check-ups, and Vision Vital Signs. We treat the wounds the résumé is still bleeding from, then re-score readiness.
You've been discharged
Employers receive a shortlist of qualified candidates. Job seekers are released from treatment with a prescription and career plan First Aid Kit.
