Every job seeker enters through a structured intake. We read the résumé, chart the skills, tag the industries and score readiness, the same night. Our Emergency Career Providers are professional HR leaders and recruiters.
Career Rehab
Interview prep and testing, application check-ups, and Vision Vital Signs. We treat the wounds the résumé is still bleeding from, then re-score readiness.
You've been discharged
Employers receive a shortlist of qualified candidates. Job seekers are released from treatment with a prescription and career plan First Aid Kit.
